Safe Space (Notfallkarte) stores your highly sensitive crisis plans, triggers, and coping mechanisms locally on your device. We do not track you, and your permanent data is never sold or uploaded to any cloud database.
Safe Space does not require you to create an account. The app stores your emergency contacts, coping strategies, and settings locally on your device storage. Because of the sensitive nature of mental health data, you remain in full control of your information at all times.
If you choose to use the "Export to Google Wallet" feature, the app securely transmits your selected coping strategies and emergency contacts to our backend server (wallet.singhglobal.ch) via HTTPS. This transmission is used strictly to communicate with the Google Pay API to generate your secure Wallet pass. We do not permanently store, log, or sell this data on our servers.
Safe Space optionally uses your device's native biometric hardware (FaceID / Fingerprint / TouchID) to secure your crisis plan. We do not have access to your biometric data; this process is handled entirely by your device's operating system.
Safe Space does not use analytics or tracking technologies. We do not monitor how you use the app.
Safe Space does not display third-party advertisements.
Because your primary information is stored locally on your device, you remain in control of it. We highly recommend keeping the app's biometric lock enabled and protecting your device with a screen lock.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
